Federal agents entered Uvalde college to kill gunman regardless of native police initially asking them to attend

Federal agents who went to Robb Elementary Faculty in Uvalde, Texas, on Tuesday to confront a gunman who killed 19 kids were advised by local police to wait and not enter the college — and then determined after about half an hour to disregard that preliminary steerage and find the shooter, say two senior federal law enforcement officers.
