Spouse crammed husband’s telephone with baby porn in try and get custody of kids, Oklahoma police say

Police allege an Oklahoma woman hatched a scheme to get custody of her kids that centered round loading a whole lot of pictures of child pornography onto her husband’s phone and then having him arrested.

Lacey Hucks, 33, the spouse, and Angel Moore, 44, her pal, are alleged to have worked together to frame Hucks’ husband, who was not named.

“If they could get him out of the image, then she thought she would get her children back,” Garvin County Sheriff Jim Mullett said in keeping with the Fort Price Star-Telegram.

Police say that Hucks drove Moore to the Wynnewood Police Department on April 18 and had her flip the cellphone in and file a report. They say that Moore turned in the device and said she saw Hucks’ husband utilizing it to view child porn in their home.

The police say that telephone had hundreds of images of “varied juvenile victims.”

Police did arrest the husband, but they started to marvel why the telephone he was using did not have any photos much like the ones Moore was them. That’s after they reportedly obtained a warrant to search Lacey Hucks’ phone and that reportedly showed that she and Moore had been pals and had discussed finishing up the incident in advance.

And then Moore allegedly caved.

Police say that after she initially stated she didn’t know Hucks, she instructed them that they were pals and that Hucks had coached her on what to do upfront of turning the telephone in. She then, reportedly, admitted that she never saw the husband with the telephone.

The husband told Police he had not seen his old phone since final “October or November,” however “didn’t think an excessive amount of of it as a result of it was not his main telephone and did not have service.”

Moore is going through expenses of conspiracy and knowingly reporting a false crime, the Star-Telegram reported, and Hucks is going through the same fees in addition to a charge of aggravated possession of child pornography.
