Teen arrested after mother seen son had gun at Texas school drop-off

LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD/Grey Information) - Several agencies responded to a middle school in Texas Friday morning after a teenager’s mom seen he was carrying a gun.
Police in Lubbock tell KCBD a mother was dropping off her 15-year-old son at O.L. Slaton Center Faculty round 9 a.m. when she observed the firearm. The teen by no means made it contained in the constructing, and he ran from the varsity.
The Lubbock Police Division responded to the world along with several different companies in an try to search out him.
The teen was discovered close to the college’s campus and brought into custody.
Authorities stated the 15-year-old might be dealing with a felony weapons cost.
