The Uvalde Police Division and the Uvalde Independent Faculty District police pressure are no longer cooperating with the Texas Department of Public Safety's investigation into the massacre at Robb Elementary College and the state's evaluate of the regulation enforcement response, a number of legislation enforcement sources tell ABC News.
