Family of Abducted Lady Claims Inaction of Dallas Police & Mavs in Intercourse Trafficking Case

DALLAS - A 15-year-old woman from North Richland Hills is now home after being abducted by a person at an April 8 Dallas Mavericks recreation at American Airways Center. However the family nonetheless seeks answers, and is charging the Mavs, the AAC and Dallas Police for not acting swiftly sufficient regarding the crime, which had the lady as part of a sex-trafficking operation.

“She was gone missing a total of 11 days,” attorney Zeke Fortenberry mentioned. “Our intent is that approach (the aforementioned organizations) are on notice that we’re pursuing claims in opposition to them for their negligence and other causes of action.''

Fortenberry stated the teenager’s father informed police at the sport when he realized she was missing. But, in keeping with the legal professional, the daddy was told to report the allegations to his hometown North Richland Hills Police.
