New York sex employee Angelina Barini sentenced to 30 years for fatally drugging 4 men

The pattern was nearly equivalent.

Between July and August 2019, intercourse employee Angelina Barini met together with her clients at motels in New York Metropolis before giving them dangerous doses of drugs that incapacitated them. Then, she would rob the boys and depart with their private belongings.

Four of them, together with a prominent Italian chef, died of overdoses from the drugs, court information state.

In August, Barini pleaded guilty to distributing medication that killed her clients, together with fentanyl and gamma-butyrolactone, identified for causing irrational habits, extreme illness, coma and dying.

Final week, a decide sentenced the 43-year-old Barini to 30 years in prison.

“The defendant drugged and killed a number of people for a couple of quick dollars,” Breon Peace, the U.S. legal professional for the Japanese District of New York, stated in a news release. “She stole their private belongings while they lay unconscious dying from the deadly drugs she gave them.”

Barini met her first victim at a motel in Astoria, Queens, on July 4, 2019. There, she gave the person fentanyl-laced drugs and left the room. Police discovered him dead hours later, courtroom information state.

A week later, on July 11, Barini had an encounter with one other man at a motel in Woodside, Queens, the place she gave him fentanyl-laced medicine. The man also died of a drug overdose, a grievance states.

The subsequent month, on Aug. 5, Barini met her third sufferer in School Level, Queens, and again gave him fentanyl-laced medicine that led to a fatal overdose, prosecutors stated.

Later that month, on Aug. 18, Barini met her last known victim, Andrea Zamperoni — a chef for the high-end restaurant chain Cipriani — inside an Elmhurst, Queens, motel room, the place she drugged him with gamma-butyrolactone, generally referred to as a “date rape” drug. The person died shortly afterward.

That day, courtroom data state, Barini repeatedly tried to eliminate the victim’s physique. Barini wrapped Zamperoni’s physique in bleach-stained sheets and placed it inside a trash bin, according to prosecutors. Zamperoni was reported lacking on Aug. 21, prosecutors said. That very same day, the New York Metropolis Police Department discovered the man’s physique within the motel room.

Fernando Dallorso, the final manager of Cipriani in New York, informed the New York Times that Zamperoni was a “dedicated hard worker” who cooked six days per week and “by no means missed a day of work.”

The kitchen workers mourned the loss, Dallorso told the Times.

“Everyone within the kitchen right now could be heartbroken, from the dishwasher to the chef,” Dallorso said.
