Wife stuffed husband’s phone with baby porn in attempt to get custody of kids, Oklahoma police say

Police allege an Oklahoma girl hatched a scheme to get custody of her children that centered around loading lots of of photographs of kid pornography onto her husband’s telephone and then having him arrested.

Lacey Hucks, 33, the wife, and Angel Moore, 44, her buddy, are alleged to have worked together to frame Hucks’ husband, who was not named.

“If they may get him out of the picture, then she thought she would get her kids again,” Garvin County Sheriff Jim Mullett mentioned in accordance with the Fort Value Star-Telegram.

Police say that Hucks drove Moore to the Wynnewood Police Division on April 18 and had her turn the cellphone in and file a report. They say that Moore turned within the machine and stated she saw Hucks’ husband utilizing it to view child porn of their house.
