Wife filled husband’s cellphone with little one porn in try and get custody of youngsters, Oklahoma police say

Police allege an Oklahoma lady hatched a scheme to get custody of her kids that centered around loading hundreds of photos of child pornography onto her husband’s telephone after which having him arrested.

Lacey Hucks, 33, the wife, and Angel Moore, 44, her buddy, are alleged to have worked collectively to frame Hucks’ husband, who was not named.

“If they may get him out of the picture, then she thought she would get her children back,” Garvin County Sheriff Jim Mullett mentioned in line with the Fort Worth Star-Telegram.

Police say that Hucks drove Moore to the Wynnewood Police Division on April 18 and had her turn the phone in and file a report. They say that Moore turned within the device and mentioned she saw Hucks’ husband utilizing it to view youngster porn in their dwelling.

The police say that cellphone had a whole lot of photos of “varied juvenile victims.”

Police did arrest the husband, but they started to wonder why the cellphone he was using did not have any pictures much like the ones Moore changed into them. That’s when they reportedly got a warrant to look Lacey Hucks’ telephone and that reportedly confirmed that she and Moore had been mates and had discussed finishing up the incident in advance.

And then Moore allegedly caved.

Police say that after she initially stated she didn’t know Hucks, she advised them that they were mates and that Hucks had coached her on what to do in advance of turning the cellphone in. She then, reportedly, admitted that she by no means noticed the husband with the cellphone.

The husband advised Police he had not seen his previous phone since last “October or November,” but “didn’t assume too much of it as a result of it was not his primary phone and didn't have service.”

Moore is facing fees of conspiracy and knowingly reporting a false crime, the Star-Telegram reported, and Hucks is going through the identical charges as well as a charge of aggravated possession of kid pornography.
