Wife crammed husband’s phone with child porn in attempt to get custody of children, Oklahoma police say

Police allege an Oklahoma girl hatched a scheme to get custody of her youngsters that centered around loading hundreds of images of child pornography onto her husband’s telephone after which having him arrested.

Lacey Hucks, 33, the spouse, and Angel Moore, 44, her good friend, are alleged to have labored collectively to frame Hucks’ husband, who was not named.

“If they could get him out of the image, then she thought she would get her kids back,” Garvin County Sheriff Jim Mullett said in accordance with the Fort Worth Star-Telegram.

Police say that Hucks drove Moore to the Wynnewood Police Division on April 18 and had her turn the cellphone in and file a report. They are saying that Moore turned in the device and said she saw Hucks’ husband using it to view child porn of their house.

The police say that cellphone had lots of of photographs of “varied juvenile victims.”

Police did arrest the husband, but they began to wonder why the phone he was utilizing didn't have any images just like those Moore become them. That’s after they reportedly obtained a warrant to search Lacey Hucks’ telephone and that reportedly confirmed that she and Moore were mates and had discussed finishing up the incident prematurely.

After which Moore allegedly caved.

Police say that after she initially stated she didn’t know Hucks, she informed them that they have been pals and that Hucks had coached her on what to do in advance of turning the telephone in. She then, reportedly, admitted that she by no means noticed the husband with the telephone.

The husband informed Police he had not seen his previous phone since final “October or November,” but “didn’t suppose an excessive amount of of it because it was not his main cellphone and did not have service.”

Moore is dealing with fees of conspiracy and knowingly reporting a false crime, the Star-Telegram reported, and Hucks is facing the identical fees as well as a cost of aggravated possession of kid pornography.
