Wife filled husband’s cellphone with little one porn in attempt to get custody of kids, Oklahoma police say

Police allege an Oklahoma lady hatched a scheme to get custody of her youngsters that centered round loading a whole lot of pictures of child pornography onto her husband’s cellphone and then having him arrested.

Lacey Hucks, 33, the wife, and Angel Moore, 44, her friend, are alleged to have worked together to border Hucks’ husband, who was not named.

“If they could get him out of the image, then she thought she would get her children back,” Garvin County Sheriff Jim Mullett said according to the Fort Worth Star-Telegram.

Police say that Hucks drove Moore to the Wynnewood Police Division on April 18 and had her turn the cellphone in and file a report. They are saying that Moore turned within the system and mentioned she saw Hucks’ husband using it to view child porn in their house.

The police say that phone had hundreds of photographs of “various juvenile victims.”

Police did arrest the husband, but they started to surprise why the cellphone he was utilizing did not have any photos just like the ones Moore was them. That’s once they reportedly got a warrant to search Lacey Hucks’ cellphone and that reportedly confirmed that she and Moore have been mates and had discussed finishing up the incident upfront.

And then Moore allegedly caved.

Police say that after she initially stated she didn’t know Hucks, she advised them that they have been mates and that Hucks had coached her on what to do in advance of turning the cellphone in. She then, reportedly, admitted that she never noticed the husband with the cellphone.

The husband instructed Police he had not seen his old cellphone since final “October or November,” however “didn’t suppose an excessive amount of of it because it was not his primary telephone and did not have service.”

Moore is facing fees of conspiracy and knowingly reporting a false crime, the Star-Telegram reported, and Hucks is going through the same fees as well as a charge of aggravated possession of child pornography.
