DALLAS - The excessive courtroom will enable a wrongful dying lawsuit to proceed towards town of Dallas and four police officers.
The family of a person who died in police custody in 2016 sued.
Tony Timpa called police for help as he had a drug and mental health crisis.

The town of Dallas argued the officers are legally shielded from lawsuits.
The Supreme Courtroom upheld a federal appeals courtroom’s ruling that will allow the case to proceed.
