BARNSTEAD, N.H. -- A man was arrested Friday after multiple indicators saying "school shooter" had been found in Barnstead, Epsom, and Pittsfield, New Hampshire, the state's Division of Security introduced. Man Hanson, 61, of Pittsfield, faces multiple costs.

Hanson allegedly positioned the signs around the communities, the Division of Security said, but they decided there isn't a credible risk right now.
The New Hampshire Department of Safety is investigating indicators that read 'school shooter!' which were present in a number of communities New Hampshire Division of SecurityOne such sign was written on a paper plate. The safety division released a photo of the plate however blurred part of it "to guard the integrity of the investigation."
Hanson was arrested on a felony charge of prison threatening and three misdemeanor charges together with false report to regulation enforcement, false public alarm and prison threatening. He's being held in Merrimack County Jail pending a hearing scheduled for Tuesday.
No other suspects have been charged at this time.
