BARNSTEAD, N.H. -- A man was arrested Friday after a number of indicators saying "college shooter" had been present in Barnstead, Epsom, and Pittsfield, New Hampshire, the state's Division of Security introduced. Guy Hanson, 61, of Pittsfield, faces a number of charges.

Hanson allegedly positioned the indicators across the communities, the Department of Security stated, however they determined there is no credible threat at the moment.

Hanson was arrested on a felony charge of criminal threatening and three misdemeanor prices including false report to law enforcement, false public alarm and prison threatening. He's being held in Merrimack County Jail pending a listening to scheduled for Tuesday.
No different suspects have been charged at this time.
