A Florida judge on Wednesday struck down a portion of a redistricting map drawn by Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis (R) and his employees.
Driving the information: "I'm finding that the enacted map is unconstitutional under the Truthful District modification ... because it diminishes African Americans' skill to elect the representatives of their selection," Leon County Circuit Choose Layne Smith stated.
