Family of Kidnapped Woman Claims Inaction of Dallas Police & Mavs in Sex Trafficking Case

DALLAS - A 15-year-old girl from North Richland Hills is now dwelling after being kidnapped by a man at an April 8 Dallas Mavericks recreation at American Airways Middle. But the family nonetheless seeks answers, and is charging the Mavs, the AAC and Dallas Police for not performing swiftly sufficient regarding the crime, which had the girl as part of a sex-trafficking operation.

“She was gone lacking a total of 11 days,” attorney Zeke Fortenberry said. “Our intent is that approach (the aforementioned organizations) are on discover that we’re pursuing claims towards them for their negligence and other causes of motion.''

Fortenberry mentioned the teenager’s father knowledgeable police at the sport when he realized she was missing. However, based on the lawyer, the father was informed to report the allegations to his hometown North Richland Hills Police.
