Bay Space cop charged with masturbating in entrance of household throughout domestic violence name

A Bay Area police officer has been charged with masturbating in entrance of a household that called police throughout a fraught domestic violence name.

The Santa Clara County District Lawyer’s Workplace has charged Matthew Dominguez, 32, with a misdemeanor indecent exposure after responding to a restraining order name on the evening of April 21.

An unidentified individual whose household put a domestic violence restraining order towards him had allegedly violated the order and was at the family’s residence, in line with a statement of information provided by the District Lawyer’s Office.

The mother, recognized in the statement as Ms. S, the daddy, Mr. A, and their 23-year-old daughter known as police. Dominguez and two other officers arrived at the scene, with the previous taking the “lead investigative position,” per the assertion.

Dominguez began the investigation by speaking to the daughter.

“Officer Dominguez took curiosity in her and continued to interact virtually solely together with her,” the assertion read.

After she gave the officer a doable location, Dominguez allegedly ordered the other two officers to conduct the search. While he “milled across the home,” in line with the statement, “he managed to maintain the daughter in view of his Physique Worn Camera.”

The daughter then asked Dominguez about her brother’s GPS monitor, which they — and Ms. S, the mother — went to retrieve collectively. Later, the daughter went into the kitchen to get her mother a glass of water. Dominguez allegedly followed her into the kitchen.

As he circled to face Ms. S, she “noticed Officer Dominguez’s penis outside of his pants fully uncovered,” the statement learn.

The mother and daughter then went to seek out Mr. A, the daddy, and so they referred to as an uncle who was near the scene.

When Mr. A returned into the kitchen, he “saw Officer Dominguez facing out of the kitchen with his erect penis in his left hand and his right hand on the counter.” Mr. A left the house; a couple of minutes minutes later, Dominguez allegedly left and went again to work.

“The charged habits is past disturbing,” District Legal professional Jeff Rosen said. “Regulation enforcement officers respond to our properties to help crime victims, not terrorize, traumatize, and create new victims.”

This isn't the primary misconduct incident inside the past month involving San Jose police. An officer investigating the kidnapping of 3-month-old Brandon Cuellar was allegedly drunk in the course of the investigation, tipping off an FBI agent at the scene, KRON reported.

Dominguez is on administrative go away following the incident, the District Attorney’s Office stated. His arraignment is scheduled for June 22.
