Because the Covid situation has improved, several companies have already referred to as their employees to office, ending the do business from home (WFH).

Over 800 WhiteHat Jr employees have resigned from the kids on-line coding learning edtech start-up in the last two months after being asked to work from workplace.
This comes after WhiteHat Jr, a platform which was acquired by BYJU’S in 2020, requested its employees to return to office within a month’s time, in response to an Inc42 report.
On March 18, the corporate introduced the policy to end work from home and asked distant staff to return to office by April 18.
The resignations got here from full-time workers of the sales, coding, and math teams. More workers are expected to put down their papers within the coming months.
One of the staff who resigned instructed the website that a month’s time was not enough for relocation. “Some have youngsters, some have aged and sick parents, whereas others have other responsibilities. It isn't right to name back staff in such a brief time frame,” the previous WhiteHat Jr employee said.
One other employee said salaries also factored within the resolution to not return to the office. On the time of hiring, employees have been told about their job location – WhiteHat Jr has places of work in Gurugram, Mumbai and Bengaluru. Nevertheless, after working from house for 2 years, workers believed that their salaries ought to be revised to mirror the cost of dwelling in expensive cities.
“This was a well-planned and managed layoff that WhiteHat Jr did,” a former employee remarked.
